Nature with a Touch of Whimsy – Floral Moo

Animals often find their way into my artwork because they carry such natural warmth and character. With Floral Moo , I wanted to create something gentle and playful at the same time. The idea of placing a crown of roses on a cow felt whimsical and fun, yet still full of softness and charm.

While painting this piece, I focused on texture and earthy tones to bring out the calm, kind nature of the animal. Small details like the flick of the tongue and touches of gold were added to give the painting personality. I enjoy blending realism with imagination, allowing everyday creatures to feel a little magical.

To me, Floral Moo is about seeing beauty in unexpected places. It reflects my love for colour, nature, and creativity, and my belief that art should make people pause, smile, and feel a little lighter.
